Mines just about wrapped up now given I leave on 18/8 for Poland via a day in Shanghai. I get to Olsztyn on 20/8 where I will stay for 4 nites, train to the south and catch up with some Polish professors for a work related matter

I have diligently tried in the last 4 months to raise my base fitness..ride 3 days per week into work (30kms) with three hill climbs, ride alternate days up 2-300m hill nearby work (lotsa them in Wellington) and then some long rides on weekends...and some sprint work
Topped it off with a 400m hill climb over 4 km to snow level on Sunday. Bike doesnt go to well in snow downhill. I have taken some pics which will be on my laptop.
How have u peeps trained?..are u happy with where u r at?
